The Anchor: A Workshop for Anxiety Relief is a two and a half hour practice space designed to help you understand your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and learn simple, reliable tools you can use anytime life feels overwhelming. Through grounding breath-work, gentle yoga, and somatic techniques, you’ll release tension from the body, reconnect with your breath, and discover practical ways to steady yourself in moments of stress.

This workshop is for sensitive and caring women ready to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gain practical tools to manage anxiety — leaving the room feeling calmer, steadier, and more confident in their ability to navigate daily stress.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how anxiety works in the body, a regulating sequence you can return to whenever you need it, and the confidence that you have what it takes to anchor yourself with more calm and care. No prior yoga experience is required — just bring your body, your breath, and an openness to learn.
