The most powerful way in which I can help you is through one-on-one consultations. Consultations are held both online and in-person, so no matter where you live in the world, I am here for you.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership based on open communication, mutual commitment, well-timed questions, learning and personal development.

A great coach will support you in your process of making better decisions and taking strategic actions to improve upon your life and accomplish your desired outcomes.

Coaching isn’t about receiving advice. Instead, your coach will guide you through questions that will help you understand your assumptions, discover opportunities, and overcome obstacles to make progress.

How can coaching help you?

Working with a coach can be useful in many ways:

Maybe you’re not sure exactly what’s “off” in your professional or personal life — but you feel stagnant, anxious, trapped, or burnt out. Working with a coach can help you more clearly define the problem.
Maybe you do know what’s wrong — but you’re not sure how to move forward or keep putting it off. A coach can help you to develop and implement a practical, useful action plan for getting that screenplay written or finally prioritizing what matters most.
Often there’s a blind spot we’re not seeing, or an opportunity to develop some skills that would help us thrive more in our own lives. Coaching can help with that, too.

Here’s what it looks like to work with me:

  • Our first session is about discovery and exploration. We will take the time to assess your needs, clarify your intention, and ‘make a map’ to move forward towards your goals. If you don’t know what those goals are yet, that’s okay too.
  • Identifying the limiting beliefs that get in the way of achieving our desired outcomes is a big part of what we focus on in order to create lasting change.
  • The number of sessions and time frame required for you to realistically accomplish your goals will be agreed upon as we begin. We typically set six sessions, allowing you the time to integrate what we discuss, take effective action, and observe progress.
  • The second session will be set two to three weeks after your first one, allowing you the time required to implement some action steps.
  • Your empowerment is my priority. The coaching process is co-creation. The solutions are within you. I help you dig for the gold, but the outcome depends on you. It’s your action that will transform your life.
  • A coaching session is 1h30 minutes.
  • The price is 130 euros.
